What is the promotion?
Waratah’s Holiday Cashback promotion is an end user promotion that will be running from 1st – 30th November 2023. For every purchase of $5,000 (Incl. GST) worth of Waratah Longlife Blue® Wire products, you will receive $125 visa gift card with no limit! The more product purchased the bigger your cashback!
What is the minimum spend to be eligible for this promotion?
$5,000 (incl. GST) is the minimum spend to claim in this promotion.
How long is the promotion running?
The promotion will run from 1st November - 30th November 2023.
What products are included/excluded?
All Longlife Blue wire products in our current Waratah Pricing Guide are applicable to the promotion including accessories made from Longlife Blue wire.

Are all stores running this promotion?
Any store that stocks Waratah Longlife Blue products by default will run this promotion even if they are not advertising it. The promotion is run by Waratah as we receive the claims and will be fulfilling the visa gift cards to the customers.
Why are some products excluded? Like made to order (MTO).
Because these are made to order products (MTO) are not kept in store, therefore the promotion is not ideally suited to these products. We offer the discount up front, based on the size of these jobs and the nature of on farm deliveries.
I’ve made multiple, smaller purchases throughout the month that tally up to the minimum qualification spend. Can the store credit and recharge multiple invoices so that I can make a claim from a single invoice.
These must be in a single transaction multiple invoices will not be accepted.

Why are posts NOT included?
This promotion is only on LLB Wire products, posts and some accessories are not included and can not be claimed against. This promotion is to encourage the sale of Return on investment, using longlife blue wire.
How long do I have to submit my claim?
Claims can be submitted up until 4pm (AEST) Friday 8th December 2023.
How can I lodge my claim?
Once you have purchased your Waratah products and obtained an invoice, simply go to the Waratah website
www.waratahfencing.com.au/holidaycashback to submit your claim.
I made a substantial purchase in previous months – can I make a claim for those purchases?
This November promotion is only valid for purchases made between 1st November to 30th November 2023 with a single invoice value greater than $5,000.
How long does it take to get approval from my claim?
We expect claims to be approved in 2 weeks from submitting. This could vary based on interest in the promotion. Delays may occur due to claims not meeting validation requirements. E.g. invoice, customer details, etc.
How long will it take for me to receive my Visa Gift card once my claim has been approved?
Instantly. Once approved.
How do I get an update on when I will receive my digital Visa gift card?
Once your claim is approved, you will receive an email from the Waratah Promotions team (delivery@truerewards.com.au) with your digital Visa gift card for you to activate and add to your smartphones wallet.
