What is the promotion? Waratah’s EOFY promotion is an end user promotion that will be running from 1st May – 30th June 2026. This year if you Purchase $10,000 worth of Waratah products, you can receive a AKUBRA digital gift card valued at $360 to purchase your favourite hat style.
What is the minimum spend to be eligible for this promotion?  $10,000 (inc. GST) is the minimum spend to claim in this promotion. 
How long is the promotion running?  The promotion will run from Friday 1st May 2026 until Tuesday 30th June 2026.
What products are included/excluded?  All products listed in our current Waratah Pricing Guide are applicable to the promotion.  
Products that are excluded are: Black Star posts, Made To Order, and Roofsafe.
Do I put the inclusive with GST amount for products or exclusive amount?  We ask that you provide your items at invoice costs which does not include GST. When submitting your claim GST will be calculated for you to ensure your total value spent meets the minimum spend. You will just need to input the unit price (excluding GST).
How long do I have to submit my claim? Claims can be submitted up until 5pm (AEST) Friday 10th July 2026.
How can I lodge my claim?

Once you have purchased your Waratah products and obtained an invoice, simply go to the Waratah website www.waratahfencing.com.au/EOFY2026 to submit your claim.

How long does it take to get approval for my claim? 

We expect claims to be approved within 4 weeks, this could vary based on interest in the promotion. Delays may occur due to claims not meeting validation requirements. E.g. invoice, end-user details, etc.

Will I receive an AKUBRA hat after my claim is approved?

No, you will receive a AKUBRA digital gift card via email to spend online at www.akubra.com.au or via Akubra's flagship retail stores. Gift cards can not be used at Akubra stockist stores.

Will I receive a physical gift card in the mail?

No. AKUBRA gift cards will be sent digitally to your email address provided on your claim.

How long will it take for me to receive my AKUBRA digital gift card? After your claim has been approved you will receive an email from AKUBRA (online@akubra.com.au) with your digital gift card. Gift cards are digital and can be used online or added to your apple wallet for easy spending at one of Akubra's flagship retail stores.
What if my email address changes?

Please contact 13 10 80 or send an email through to promotions@waratahfencing.com.au and we will update your email address for you. But there can be no changes 24hrs after your claim is approved.

What do I do if I can't find my email from AKUBRA with the gift card?

First try searching for the email address online@akubra.com.au in your inbox & spam folders.

How long is the gift card valid for?

As per the AKUBRA T&C's, gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date they are issued.

How do I see the balance of my gift card?

You can check the balance of your gift card by adding it to your AKUBRA account. The gift card will then be stored in your online account for you to use & check the balance.

What do I do if I have money left on my gift card?

AKUBRA have some great hat accessories you can purchase if you have any leftover funds on the gift card. Alternatively you can put your remaining gift card funds towards another hat purchase and simply pay the difference.

Can I participate in any other AKUBRA offers using this gift card? e.g. FREE SHIPPING

AKUBRA often have other deals on the website that you can take advantage of alongside using your gift card. You simply need to enter the offer code & the gift card code at checkout. Not all codes can be used in-conjuction with other offers. Check AKUBRA's T&C's before use.
